Once financing is in place and a contract is signed, we are able to turn over the duties of the project to our Project Managers.

Our in-house crew will do tasks such as rough carpentry, concrete, steel erection, finish work, minor excavation, and numerous other tasks involved in the project. The sub-contractors that will be used throughout the project will be held to the same standards as our in-house crew.
