BUDGETING

Buildings, facilities and renovations cost money and the majority of the time money comes from financing.  We are willing and capable of putting together budget numbers for the design and construction of your facility for lenders to review.  We have the data to back up our pricing and can put it in the format required by your lender. This process not only helps with getting financed but it also gives our customers a better handle on how much the overall project will cost. Once financing is in place and a contract is signed, we are able to turn over the duties of the project to our Project Managers.

DEVELOPMENT

Buildings don’t appear overnight. Many hours for planning and acquiring construction permits are required. In order to begin dairy barns, steel buildings, or residential construction, ideas must be transformed into a working set of drawings.

Wagler & Associates process includes locating a site and creating a layout. We will design your plans specifically for your functionality,  personal goals and operations. We have been through the permitting process several times. We will it easy for you every step of the way.

MANAGEMENT

Our staff of trained and experienced project managers take pride in the way our projects are coordinated.  Once assigned a project, managers compile a schedule for the project.  We use project software to keep everything intact and on time. The project manager will spend their days on site overseeing day to day operations and confirming that all work is satisfactory, in budget, and on time.

Our in-house crew will do tasks such as rough carpentry, concrete, steel erection, finish work, minor excavation, and numerous other tasks involved in the project.  The sub-contractors that will be used throughout the project will be held to the same standards as our in-house crew.
