Once financing is in place and a contract has been signed, we will begin the Development Phase of your project.

3. CONSTRUCTION & HANDOVER
Our staff of experienced project managers takes pride in the way our projects are coordinated. They carefully examine each project, formulate a construction schedule that is accurate and thorough. They utilize state-of-the art software, along with their consistent presence on site to oversee all aspects of your construction project and make sure it stays on time and in budget.
