Wagler and Associates restored a previously vacant commercial office into 10 micro apartments. With a convenient location downtown and the proximity of TRINE University the building has been brought back to life. Wagler and Associates effortlessly handled the design and engineering of the building to meet local and state codes.
At Kain Tool we more than doubled their current floor space. Wagler and Associates added an additional 12,000 square foot onto the south side of their building. We were able to do this while Kain Tool continued to design and manufacturer in their space and keep business moving as usual.
Wagler & Associates assisted in the design and construction of an electrical companies main headquarters. The building faced a challenge when incorporating an old meeting space located on the south side of the building. The new offices and warehouse added to the overall wow factor of this building. A job well done by the team.
New construction on a maintenance shop. Featuring Interior rooms and Overhead Doors for easy maintenance access.
We have built a working relationship with a local glass company over the past few years and they have now entrusted us to take on a task that we have never done before. The project is to transform warehouse space into another glass line. Our portion of the project consisted of removing an area of concrete from the existing floor, digging down 10+ feet in order to install a 72” underground ducting system for the glass furnace.
After the project had been completed, we where then asked to enclose the glass furnace. We added a steel room around the machinery.
One of our repeat customers has asked us to supply and install a 50’x140’ pre-engineered metal building. The state permits have been issued and it’s time to start the warehouse.
